Onboard

Weeks 1-2

We set up your Prevector Studio environment, walk your team through the platform in a 60-minute session, and configure it for your first real engagement. Direct founder access throughout.

Collaborate

Week 3-6

You use Studio on real small engagements. We collect feedback, iterate on the product, and fix issues with 24–48 hour turnaround. A midpoint check-in at week 3 and a debrief at week 6 ensure nothing gets stuck.

Pilot pricing

€39 per engagement. 10 credits. €390 total.

The pilot is a paid programme, not a free trial. Your investment buys 10 complete financial statements at 50% off the standard rate. Every engagement includes the full platform: AI mapping, NL GAAP generation, interactive editor, compilation file, financial analysis, and iXBRL/DOCX export.

Who is eligible for the pilot?

We're looking for Dutch accounting firms that prepare financial statemtents for small entities under NL GAAP. Firm size doesn't matter. What matters is real engagements and willingness to provide honest input.

What does the pilot cost?

€39 per engagement, 10 credits included, €390 total, invoiced upfront at pilot start. This is 50% off the standard rate of €69. Pilot firms that convert receive 12 months of Founding Partner pricing at €49 per engagement.

How much time does the pilot require from our team?

Beyond using Prevector Studio on your normal engagements, we ask for one midpoint check-in (30 minutes at week 3) and a debrief session (45 minutes at week 6). The platform is designed to save you time, not add to your workload.

What data do you need from us?

A trial balance (CSV or Excel) for each engagement you process through Prevector Studio. No access to your client's accounting system is required. All data is processed on EU-based infrastructure under a data processing agreement.

What happens after the 6 weeks?

You transition to a Founding Partner subscription at €49 per engagement, locked for 12 months. This is the lowest rate Prevector will ever offer. All statements and data created during the pilot remain yours. If you decide not to continue, we export your data and close your environment.
