What exactly is included in one engagement?
One engagement credit covers the complete workflow for one entity and one financial year. You upload the trial balance, the platform maps accounts to the NL GAAP taxonomy, generates the full financial statements with accounting policies and disclosure notes, and produces both an iXBRL Report Package for SBR filing and a DOCX for client review. The optional compilation file and financial analysis with AI advisory report are also included, no add-ons, no extra charges.
Which entity types are supported?
Prevector Studio supports Dutch financial statements under NL GAAP for micro, small, and medium-sized entities. This covers the vast majority of the approximately 900,000 entities that require annual financial statements in the Netherlands. Large entities and consolidated financial statements are on the roadmap for a future release.
Are there limits on the number of users?
No. Your bundle is linked to your firm, not to individual seats. Every member of your team can access the platform and consume engagement credits. There are no per-user fees and no restrictions on concurrent users.
What happens when my bundle runs out?
You can purchase a new bundle at any time. Most firms start with a smaller bundle to test the workflow and then buy a larger bundle for the next compilation season. Your existing work and reports remain fully accessible regardless of your credit balance.
How long are bundles valid?
Every bundle is valid for 18 months from the date of purchase. This covers your current compilation season (typically January through April) with enough overlap to bridge into the next season. There is no monthly expiry or use-it-or-lose-it pressure.
How does the two-installment payment work?
For bundles of €2,950 or more, you can choose to split the payment into two equal instalments: 50% at purchase and 50% after 60 days. All engagement credits are available immediately upon the first payment. Smaller bundles are paid upfront in full.
